If you’re wondering if your sex life is “normal” you’re definitely not alone. With so much conflicting info online, it can be hard to find the answers you need about your sexual health. I give people the tools to learn about their bodies, desire, fantasies, communication, development, and overall pleasure. My approach utilizes research, mindfulness, and interactive aspects for a well-rounded seminar or workshop.
I am a certified sexuality educator, available for public speaking, individual sessions, and couple’s coaching. I am currently based in Reykjavik, Iceland but do work remotely as well.
